The device comprises a feed pump, a feed preheater, a microwave catalytic reactor, a microwave generator, a temperature controller, an infrared probe, a condenser, a product tank and a discharging pump, wherein the feed pump is connected with a preheater; the feed preheater is connected with an inlet of the microwave catalytic reactor; an outlet of the microwave catalytic reactor is connected with the condenser; the condenser is connected with an upper port of the product tank; a lower port of the product tank is connected with the discharging pump; the microwave catalytic reactor is arranged in the microwave generator; and the microwave generator is connected with the temperature controller and infrared probe. The technique comprises the following steps: by using high-purity methyl ricinoleate prepared by ester exchange and rectification as a raw material, treating by the microwave cracking reactor to obtain methyl undecylenate and heptanal, and separating and purifying to obtain the methyl undecylenate.
