Abstract

The invention relates to a water-based chromium-free surface lubricating treating agent for galvanized steel sheets and an application method of the treating agent. The water-based chromium-free surface lubricating treating agent is mainly prepared from such chemical components as a water-based light-cured resin, a photoinitiator, a silica sol, a wax emulsion, a surfactant, a coupling agent, a molybdate and a coalescing agent. When the ultraviolet-cured water-based chromium-free lubricating treating agent prepared by use of the application method is used as a film-forming agent for the surface of the galvanized steel sheet, the obtained galvanized steel sheet has excellent lubricating property and good corrosion resistance, and also has good fingerprint resistance. As a result, the requirements on a galvanized metal material substrate can be greatly reduced because the film can be obtained by virtue of light curing after the surface moisture is removed by drying and blowing, and therefore, a hot galvanized sheet which is large in surface roughness fluctuation and low in price can be taken as the substrate, and then stronger market competitiveness and higher economic benefit can be achieved.
