Problems solved by technology

[0004] H.Pinxt et al. believe that the oxidation of 1,2-propanediol to produce pyruvic acid undergoes two processes. One is to first oxidize to lactic acid and then generate pyruvic acid. For this reason, many researchers use lactic acid or lactate to oxidize pyruvic acid, as mentioned above , this type of reaction oxidation is not easy to control, the selectivity is low, the product is complex, and the separation is difficult. They believe that the second process undergoes further oxidation of pyruvate to generate pyruvate, and pyruvate is easier to oxidize than lactic acid. Therefore, we were inspired and proposed Method for generating pyruvic acid by catalytic oxidation of noble metals using methylglyoxal as raw material
German patent DE3219355 mentions that chlorine gas can be passed into an aqueous solution of methylglyoxal to obtain pyruvic acid with a concentration of 82.5%, but this method is costly and chlorine gas is poisonous. Japanese patent JP63133990 uses FePO 4 4H 2 O catalyzes the oxidation of methylglyoxal to obtain pyruvic acid, but the yield is low and there is no industrialization. Chinese patent CN104096851A discloses a clean production of silver nitrate to oxidize methylglyoxal under alkaline conditions and simultaneously prepare superfine silver powder and calcium pyruvate method, but the pyruvate product produced by this method will carry heavy metal silver, which is not conducive to the subsequent utilization of the product

Embodiment 1

[0027] A bimetallic catalyst supported by sulfided multi-walled carbon nanotubes is used, wherein the first metal is Pt and the second metal is Bi to prepare the Bi-Pt / S-MWNTs catalyst.

[0028] 1.1 Preparation of Bi-Pt / S-MWNTs catalyst

[0029] Add 200g of multi-walled carbon nanotubes to 1000mL of 5mol / L HNO 3 solution, treated in a water bath at 90°C for 2 hours and then dried. Add the multi-walled carbon nanotubes treated with nitric acid into 1000mL of thionyl chloride, reflux at 70°C for 12h, and obtain acylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes after distillation. The acylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes and 2-amino Ethanthiol was dispersed in anhydrous toluene solvent, refluxed at 70°C for 12h, and the toluene was distilled off to obtain sulfurized multi-walled carbon nanotubes S-MWNTs. Disperse 30g of sulfurized multi-walled carbon nanotubes S-MWNTs into 300mL of water, will contain 0.8g of H 2 PtCl 6 ·6H 2 O and 0.15g Bi(NO 3 ) 3 ·5H 2 The solution of O was add...

The catalyst comprises a first metal, a second metal and a carrier component, wherein the first metal is VIII element, the second metal is a main group metal in IV, V or IIB, the first metal accounts for 1-5wt% of the carrier, the atomic ratio of the second metal to the first metal is 0.01-0.5, and the carrier is a vulcanized multiwalled carbon nanotube. The catalyst provided by the invention has the advantages that (1) raw materials are low in prices and easily available and the economical cost is low; (2) the reaction condition is mild, the energy consumption is low and the process is simple and easy to operate; (3) the reaction is environmentally friendly and green and pollution-free; and (4) the reaction conversion ratio is high, the selectivity is good and the product purity is high.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a bimetallic catalyst supported by carbon nanotubes, a preparation method and application thereof. Background technique [0002] As an important fine chemical intermediate, pyruvic acid and its salts are widely used in medicine, pesticide, food and other fields. In recent years, the demand for pyruvic acid in domestic and foreign markets has grown rapidly, and pyruvic acid and its salts have been relatively tight in the international market, with prices remaining high. There are two main types of existing pyruvate and salt production methods: chemical synthesis and fermentation. The conversion rate of the fermentation method is often relatively low, and it is difficult and expensive to separate and extract pyruvic acid from the fermentation broth. At present, only a small number of research institutes in my country use the fermentation method of pilot equipment to produce a small amount of pyruvic acid, and the industrializat...
