The materials are made of 50-60 wt% of ferric oxide, 14-21 wt% of zinc oxide, 18-25 wt% of manganese carbonate, 8-12 wt% of nano iron powder, 0.3-0.6 wt% of calcium carbonate, 0.4-0.7 wt% of silicon dioxide, 0.2-0.5 wt% of titanium boride, 0.3-0.4 wt% of carbonyl iron powder, 6-10 wt% of chlorinated polyethylene, 0.4-1 wt% of powdered carbon, 1-2 wt% of sodium lignosulfonate, 6-9 wt% of organic silicone resin and proper amount of deionized water. According to the invention, technique is simple; source of the materials is wide; and the prepared ferrite is high in initial magnetism and mechanical strength, and deserves popularization.
