Compared with existing grape planting technologies and existing grape seedling raising technologies, the invention has extremely significant advantages. By adopting the technical scheme for grape seed seedling raising, the seed germination rate is above 96%, and the transplanting survival rate is above 90%. The method provided by the invention firstly employs brine to soak grape seeds and conducts ultrasonic treatment, thus facilitating softening of grape seed coats and accelerating the seed water absorption speed, and also being in favor of the transformation of starch, protein and other substances into soluble substances for absorption by embryos. The grape seedling raising matrix adopted by the invention takes pine sawdust as the main matrix skeleton to cooperate with fermented cotton seed shells and peanut shells to form the matrix main component, the raw materials have wide sources, the cost is low, and also the pollution of the matrix adopting cow dung and chicken manure as the raw materials to the environment is reduced.
