Embodiment 1

[0024] Mix 1 gram of P123 (tri-block copolymer) and 45 grams of deionized water evenly, then add 12.3 grams of aluminum isopropoxide and 11.97 grams of orthophosphoric acid (85% by weight) to it, and form solution a after fully stirring; 60 grams Tetraethylammonium hydroxide (25% by weight) and 6 grams of silica sol (40% by weight) were mixed uniformly to form solution b; a and b were mixed and stirred at room temperature for 6 hours to obtain the crystallization solution of synthetic SAPO-34 molecular sieve; Stir and age the prepared crystallization solution at room temperature for 24 hours, put the aged crystallization solution into a crystallization kettle lined with polytetrafluoroethylene, and crystallize at 200°C for 24 hours;

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method for a silicon-phosphorus-aluminum SAPO molecular sieve with a layered structure to mainly overcome the problem of difficulty to obtain an SAPO molecular sieve with a hierarchical-pore structure in the prior art. According to a technical scheme of the invention, the method comprises the following steps: subjecting a mixture of a structure-directing agent R1, water, an organic template agent R2, a phosphorus source, an aluminum source and an alkali-treated silicon source to hydrolyzing under the condition of minus 20 DEG C to 100 DEG C so as to obtain a sol, then placing the obtained sol in a reaction vessel, and carrying out crystallization; and after crystallization is completed, subjecting an obtained sample to washing, drying and calcining so as to obtain the SAPO molecular sieve with the layered structure. Thus, the above-mentioned problem is well solved, and the method can be applied in industrial production of the molecular sieve with the hierarchical-pore structure.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a layered structure SAPO molecular sieve and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] SAPO-34 molecular sieve is a silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieve developed by United Carbide Corporation (UCC), which has suitable acidity and pore structure, large specific surface area, good adsorption performance, thermal stability and hydrothermal stability. At present, it can be said that it is the best catalyst to promote the reaction process of methanol to olefins. However, as a typical gas-solid heterogeneous reaction, the pores of SAPO-34 molecular sieve are prone to carbon deposition due to internal and external diffusion resistance, coupled with the strong exothermic characteristics of the reaction itself, resulting in rapid catalyst deactivation. [0003] In order to solve the above problems, in recent years, researchers have taken a series of measures to improve the performance of catalysts from different pe...
