The treatment system has the benefits as follows: the scaling tendency of the desulfurization wastewater is reduced, and phenomena that heat transfer is affected by scaling, heat exchange tubes of evaporation chambers are corroded by corrosion ions and the like are avoided; meanwhile, the desulfurization wastewater is converted into a solution system with NaCl serving as a solvent mainly, multi-effect vacuum evaporation, concentration and crystallization are performed on the desulfurization wastewater by the aid of exhaust steam of coal-fired power plants, secondary industrial salt by-products are produced, and zero discharge of the desulfurization wastewater is realized.
