Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps of firstly, pretreating the surface of pure aluminum; secondly, performing electrochemical polishing on the pretreated pure aluminum, wherein an electrochemical polishing solution is prepared from 1,2-propylene glycol and perchloric acid according to the volume ratio of 9:1 to 2:1; thirdly, removing a nanoscale porous film layer on the surface of the pure aluminum; fourthly, anodizing for 1 to 5 hours; and fifthly, cleaning and drying. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, by selecting the proper electrochemical polishing solution and proper electrochemical polishing conditions, the nanoscale porous film layer is formed on the surface of the pure aluminum by adopting the electrochemical polishing, so that the production cycle is greatly shortened. In addition, the highly-ordered porous anodic alumina film can be finally obtained by using the preparation method disclosed by the invention.
