Abstract

The method provides a novel idea for synthesizing precious metal nanometer materials. According to applications of the gold nanosheet synthesized by the method in breast cancer diagnosis and treatment, signal amplification is performed through SERS enhancement to monitor cancer cells, and unique near infrared absorption functions allow the gold nanosheet to integrate monitoring and treatment in a breast cancer treating process, thus improving application value of the gold nanosheet.
