Embodiment 1

[0046] A new process for producing polyester from renewable resources, comprising the following steps:

[0047] 1) Select waste polyester bottles as raw materials;

[0048] 2) The waste polyester bottles are sorted by the automatic sorting device, and the sorted plastics are sent to the crusher for crushing, and the fragments are transported to the next process through the conveying equipment for removing iron filings;

[0049]3) Send the fragments transported in step 2) into the cooking pot through the feeder, cook and decontaminate them at a water temperature of 90°C-100°C, and then enter the dehydrator through the discharger for dehydration;

[0050] 4) The dehydrated fragments are sent to the screw extruder for melting and extrusion, and after the impurities are filtered by the melt precision filter, they enter the melt diversion pipeline to the metering pumps of each spinning position, and the melt is quantitatively sent to each spinneret after metering components;

Embodiment 2

[0056] In this embodiment, on the basis of Example 1, foam material and friction material are added to the fragments in step 4), and the fragments, foam material and friction material are mixed in a weight ratio of 3:1.3:0.7.

Embodiment 3

[0058] In this example, on the basis of Example 1 or Example 2, the melt temperature obtained by the screw extruder in step 4) is controlled at 276°C-278°C.

Abstract

The invention discloses a novel process for producing polyester from renewable resources. The process comprises the following steps: 1) selecting waste polyester bottles as raw materials; 2) classifying the waste polyester bottles; 3) feeding chips into a stew-pan through a feeder, stewing to remove dirt at the water temperature of 90-100 DEG C, and dehydrating in a dehydrator through a discharging machine; 4) feeding the dehydrated chips into a screw extruder for performing melt extrusion, filtering the melt by a precision filter to remove the impurities, enabling the melt to enter a melt shunt pipeline to reach each spinning position metering pump, and quantitatively feeding the melt to each spinning nozzle assembly after metering; 5) cooling the melt ejected by the spinning nozzle assembly by virtue of cross air blow and then entering a winding section; 6) feeding each scattered tow into a yarn containing barrel in a centralized manner for split charging by virtue of a traction machine so as to obtain semi-finished tows for fore-spinning production; 7) dragging the semi-finished tows for fore-spinning production by traction equipment; and 8) cutting and packing the tows. According to the process disclosed by the invention, recycling of the waste polyester bottles is realized, and the quality of the produced polyester silk completely meets the production standard.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a new process, in particular to a new process for producing polyester from renewable resources. Background technique [0002] Polyester is an important variety of synthetic fibers and is the trade name of polyester fibers in my country. It is a fiber-forming high polymer prepared from purified terephthalic acid (PTA) or dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) and ethylene glycol (EG) through esterification or transesterification and polycondensation reactions- - Polyethylene terephthalate (PET), fibers produced by spinning and post-processing. As one of the three major synthetic fibers, polyester has the simplest process, and its price is relatively cheap. In addition, it has the characteristics of durability, good elasticity, not easy to deform, corrosion resistance, insulation, crisp, easy to wash and quick dry, etc., which is popular among people. Love it, and occupy a very high market share. [0003] The rapid development of the po...
