Abstract

Methacryloyloxyethyltrimethylammonium chloride (DMC) is used as a polymerization monomer, and four-way initiation is adopted. The initiators are itaconic acid, azo initiator, ammonium persulfate and sodium bisulfite. The polymerization concentration is 60±2%, and the polymerization process adopts aqueous solution polymerization. The present invention adopts the high-efficiency initiation of itaconic acid, synergistic redox and azo initiator, and through the selection of the initiation system, the polymerization process is stable in the early stage, middle stage and late stage, and the problem of fast initiation of single initiator and insufficient stamina of late initiation is improved.
