Abstract

The invention provides a solid phase synthetic method of a hydroisomerization catalyst. The method comprises the following steps: 1) mixing solid phase silicon source, aluminum source and phosphorus source templates with crystal seeds for crystallization, and filtering, washing and roasting the obtained sample to remove the phosphorus source template to obtain an SAPO-11 molecular sieve; and 2) loading noble metals to the SAPO-11 molecular sieve, and drying and roasting the same and carrying out a hydroisomerization reaction to obtain the hydroisomerization catalyst. The method is simple in process, low in cost and high in efficiency, does not generate wastewater, and has good economical and social benefits, and the isomerized product is high in selectivity and yield when the catalyst is used for the hydroisomerization reaction.
