The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing fructus armeniacae mume extract, extract of herba maianthemi bifolii and herba parathelypteris nipponicae extract; (2) preparing herba euphorbiae stracheyi boiss extract andflos lagochili leiacanthi extract; (3) adding polyvinyl alcohol and hyaluronic acid into a medical distilled water solution, and stirring at a temperature of 90 DEG C to form a uniform solution; (4) cooling to a temperaturebeing 60 DEG C, adding quaternary ammonium salt chitosan, fibrin glue and calcium chloride in mass ratio, keeping rotation speed, and contiuously stirring; and (5) adding extract prepared in steps (1)and (2), and modulating glycerol into a solution with proper viscosity, strirlizing, and storring for 12-24 hours at temperature being 4 DEG C.
