Problems solved by technology

The traditional microwave radiometer uses a diode as a microwave power detection device. The disadvantage is that the use of a mixer makes the structure complex, the problem of temperature drift is serious, the upper limit of power detection is low and has nonlinear characteristics, and the frequency parameter of the radiation power signal cannot be measured. Under harsh environmental conditions, its accuracy needs to be further improved

Abstract

The invention relates to a micro-nano electromechanical system direct heating microwave radiometer based on a fixed beam. The microwave radiometer comprises a microwave antenna, a low-noise amplifier,a six-port fixed beam coupler, a microwave frequency and power detecting module, an amplifier, a single-chip microcomputer and a liquid crystal display. The signal received by the microwave antenna is amplified and then enters the six-port fixed beam coupler. A coupled signal is used for power and frequency detection, and then the detected power and frequency are amplified by the amplifier, calculated by the single-chip microcomputer and displayed on the liquid crystal display. The microwave radiometer can simultaneously obtain the radiation frequency and the radiation intensity of the radiation signal, replaces a traditional diode with a direct heating vertical nano microwave power sensor as the microwave power sensor, and has the advantages of high linearity, low temperature drift and high power upper limit. The thermal conductivity of polycrystalline silicon nanowires is much lower than that of a traditional bulk material, which improves the thermoelectric conversion efficiency andgreatly increases the output voltage, thereby improving the sensitivity and accuracy of the radiometer.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention proposes a micro-nano electro-mechanical system direct heating microwave radiation instrument based on a fixed beam, which belongs to the technical field of micro-electro-mechanical systems. Background technique [0002] Wireless communication technology is the fastest-growing part of the communication industry, so wireless communication has received extensive attention. At the same time, the problem of radiation pollution caused by wireless communication has also attracted people's attention. The country has also formulated standards for indoor environmental radiation intensity values. The microwave radiometer can measure the intensity of microwave electromagnetic radiation, so as to ensure that the radiation of the environment meets the standard. The weak microwave radiation signal and the complexity of the near electromagnetic field structure have high requirements on the performance of the radiometer. The traditional microwave radiom...
