Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing phenylethanoid glycosides by the use of avicennia marina fruits and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: crushing fresh or dryavicennia marina fruits, adding 0.2-0.8% of a surfactant and uniformly mixing, adding 1-3 times volume of an acidic aqueous solution, carrying out ultrasonic extraction, adding an ethanol solution andcontinuously carrying out ultrasonic extraction, extracting for 2-4 times, filtering, mixing the extracts, vacuum-concentrating to a half, and removing impurities by the use of a chitosan/polyvinylpyrrolidone composite flocculant; letting a supernatant pass through a chromatography column filled with reverse phase silica gel, eluting with 20-40% (by volume) of an ethanol solution at the flow velocity of 2-7 mL/min, collecting an ethanol eluate and carrying out vacuum concentration, and freeze-drying. By the method for preparation of a phenylethanoid glycoside extract, content of phenylethanoid glycosides is 70-90%. The extraction efficiency is high, and the process is safe and environmentally-friendly. The method is suitable for large-scale production. The extract obtained by the method has remarkable antioxidant activity and assisted memory improvement effect, and can be used as a main ingredient or one of main ingredients to be applied in relative functional food and medicines.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of separation of natural products, and in particular relates to a method and application of preparing phenylethanol glycosides by using the fruit of A. chinensis. Background technique [0002] Dietera is a true mangrove plant belonging to the Verbenaceae family. It is one of the most important mangrove plant species in my country with the largest distribution area. It is mainly distributed in coastal areas such as Guangdong, Guangxi, Taiwan, Hainan, and Fujian. The fruit of Amaranth is edible, and it is a seasonal food in the subtropical coastal areas of my country. With the increase of research on the fruit of A. chinensis, scholars have found that the fruit of A. chinensis contains a variety of active substances such as alkaloids, polyphenolic compounds and phenylethanol glycosides. [0003] Phenylethyl glycosides are glycoside compounds widely distributed in the plant kingdom. A large number of studies ...
