Embodiment 1

[0040] A kind of antibacterial sustained-release agent, it is prepared by following steps:

[0041] 1. Preparation of porous chitosan microspheres

[0042] 1) Preparation of the water phase: Dissolve 1g of chitosan in 1vt% acetic acid solution to prepare a 2wt% chitosan acetic acid solution, add 0.14g of polyethylene glycol to it, and mix well to obtain the water phase.

[0043] 2) Preparation of the oil phase: Mix 150ml of liquid paraffin, 50ml of petroleum ether and 5ml of Span 80 thoroughly to obtain the oil phase.

[0044] 3) Emulsification and cross-linking: Add the water phase obtained in step 1) to the oil phase obtained in step 2), and stir vigorously at 35±2°C to form a W / O emulsion; slowly add 5ml glutaraldehyde drop by drop, cross-link Combined solidification for 4 hours, centrifuged, washed with ethanol (30ml*3 times) and water (30ml*3 times) respectively, and then dried to obtain chitosan microspheres with holes.

Abstract

The invention relates to a bacteriostatic sustained release agent and a preparation method thereof. The bacteriostatic sustained release agent comprises a core material and a wall material. The wall material is composed of beta-cyclodextrin. The core material comprises chitosan microspheres adsorbing an aromatic substance and borneol. A mass ratio of the aromatic substance to borneol is 1: 0.12 to0.15. Through the study on release performances of the aromatic substance in the fabric, the aromatic substance is absorbed on the chitosan microspheres and then the chitosan microspheres are coatedwith beta-cyclodextrin. Through the water solubility and permeability of the beta-cyclodextrin, the sustained release agent can be well fixed to the interior and surface of the fabric, the aromatic substance loss caused by easy breakage of beta-cyclodextrin is reduced, and the emission of the aromatic substance during the coating process is reduced. The chitosan microspheres are filled with the aromatic substance and borneol and produce interaction affects so that slow and long-term release is realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an antibacterial slow-release agent and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Traditional Chinese herbal medicines in my country generally have a special smell. The main reason is that the plants contain volatile aromatic substances, such as plant essential oils, which are mainly used for antibacterial, soothing and health care. Plant essential oils are mostly composed of phenols, alcohols, aldehydes, esters, terpene hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons, which are easily volatilized by temperature, light, etc., so the development of plant essential oil products is greatly restricted. [0003] Existing essential oil product has following several classes: 1. sachet, is that plant essential oil is adsorbed on the carrier such as charcoal bag, carries out the sustained release of aromatic substance. 2. Balm, the plant essential oil is made into a paste to release aromatic substances. 3. Fabric, the plant e...
