The inner wall latex paint includes, by weight, 0.2-1% of cellulose, 0.01-1% of an aqueous multifunctional additive, 1-10% of an aqueous cosolvent, 0.5-5% of an aqueous dispersant, 0.1-2% of an aqueous wetting agent, 0.1-2% of an aqueous defoamer, 1-3% of a film forming accelerant, 0.2-6% of a stabilizer, 4-30% of a pigment, 15-45% of filler, 5-30% of odorless emulsion, 5-35% of an inorganic potassium silicate solution, 0.1-2% of a thickener and the balanced being water. The inner wall latex paint is alkaline and can be reacted chemically with cement and lime in a base material to generate a calcium silicate crystal, so that the coating can be combined with the base material and achieves extremely high adhesion force.
