Problems solved by technology

[0006] Under the currently reported steam explosion conditions, too high steam pressure and too long cooking time not only high energy consumption, but also most of the hemicellulose and lignin in straw and wood have been degraded into monosaccharides or It is further transformed into furfural, acetic acid, phenols and other substances. These degradation products have a significant inhibitory effect on the subsequent enzymatic hydrolysis and saccharification of cellulose to produce bioethanol, making the utilization rate of lignocellulose raw materials less than 50%, which cannot be fully utilized; Moreover, the higher vapor pressure and longer pressure maintenance time have higher requirements on the pressure resistance and other performance of the equipment, and the energy demand is also greater, which increases the capital investment.

Abstract

A method for preparing lignocellulose from biomass based on low-intensity steam explosion is disclosed. The method includes 1) biomass raw material treatment, 2) low-intensity steam explosion pretreatment, 3) extraction to separate hemicellulose, and 5) cellulase enzymolysis and saccharification. Carbon in the wooden biomass is converted into useful products to the utmost, the cellulose enzymolysis conversion rate is further improved, and the conversion cost is reduced so that lignocellulose resources are fully utilized. A treatment process does not use acid, alkali or products containing sulfur and chlorine, and is a green pollution-free separation process. The method has low requirements on equipment. The hemicellulose and lignin are separated by adopting a pressurizing rapid solvent extraction manner, thus greatly reducing the cost of extraction separation. Only water and ethanol which are easy to recover are adopted in the method, thus achieving zero emission, and the method is ofpositive significance for environment protection.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of biomass chemistry and chemical engineering, in particular to a method for preparing lignocellulose from biomass based on low-intensity steam explosion. Background technique [0002] With the development of industrialization in the world, the demand for petroleum as the main fuel and the raw material of chemicals has increased sharply, and the problem of energy shortage has become increasingly serious. At the same time, fossil energy has caused serious damage to the environment. Therefore, researching and finding environmentally friendly alternatives to petroleum energy has become one of the important directions of world technology development. Compared with the energy produced by burning fossil fuels, biomass energy is called CO2-neutral fuel because the amount of carbon dioxide emitted by consuming a certain amount of biomass energy is equal to the carbon dioxide absorbed from the atmosphere by these org...
