Problems solved by technology

At present, the existing method is to first evaporate and concentrate the extracted wastewater, and then perform biochemical treatment on the evaporated water, and discharge it after reaching the standard; leave the concentrated salt mixture solution, carry out crystallization and separation, and produce mixed salts, which are treated as solid waste. These mixed salts cannot be used and can only be buried deep, which is likely to cause secondary pollution

preparation example Construction

[0012] In this application, "extraction wastewater" refers to obtaining sucralose-6-ethyl ester in the intermediate step of the known method for preparing sucralose, and adjusting the material to neutrality with an alkali substance, and using an organic solvent (such as ethyl acetate ) after extracting sucralose-6-ethyl ester, the aqueous phase obtained by separating the organic phase and the aqueous phase. There is no particular limitation on the preparation method of sucralose-6-ethyl ester, and any known preparation method can be used. The extraction wastewater usually contains a mixture of DMF, ammonium chloride, dimethylamine hydrochloride and the like.

[0013] The invention provides a method for treating extraction wastewater in the production of sucralose, wherein the extraction wastewater obtained after extracting sucralose-6-ethyl ester with an organic solvent is first subjected to ammonia nitrogen removal treatment before evaporation and concentration to remove wate...

Embodiment

[0021] Treatment of Extraction Wastewater in Sucralose Production

[0022] Get 600 grams of extraction waste water of the intermediate product sucralose-6-ethyl ester in the "monoester method" preparation sucralose production process (containing ammonium chloride 12%, dimethylamine hydrochloride 8%, DMF 1000ppm) Put it into a three-necked flask equipped with a reflux condenser, add 91 grams of sodium hydroxide, heat to 95°C under normal pressure, stir for 1 hour, and take samples for analysis. The contents of ammonium chloride, dimethylamine hydrochloride, and DMF are respectively less than 0.05 %, 0.03%, 0.003%, the reaction is over.

[0023] Put the above-mentioned solution into the batch distillation tower kettle, and carry out normal pressure rectification. The liquid contains 0.03% ammonia and 0.028% dimethylamine, stop rectification. Weigh the liquid distilled from the top of the tower to obtain 260 grams. Sampling analysis contains 8.8% of ammonia, 10.15% of dimethyl...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for treating extraction wastewater in sucralose production. The method comprises the following steps: neutralizing materials obtained in a chlorination step in sucralose production to be neutral; then before evaporation concentration and dehydration, carrying out ammonia nitrogen removal treatment on extraction wastewater obtained by extracting an intermediate product sucralose-6-ethyl ester by using an organic solvent, wherein the ammonia nitrogen removal treatment comprises the following steps: adding strong alkali into the extraction wastewater to decompose ammonium chloride to generate ammonia and a corresponding chloride salt, decomposing dimethylamine hydrochloride to generate dimethylamine and a corresponding chloride salt, and then carrying out rectifying by using a rectifying tower, wherein a mixed water solution of ammonia and dimethylamine is obtained at the tower top, and a water solution of a chloride salt and a small amount of impurities isobtained at the tower bottom; then inputting the tower bottom mixture subjected to the ammonia nitrogen removal treatment into an evaporation concentration system; evaporating out water to obtain a concentrated chloride salt solid-liquid mixture; and optionally carrying out crystallizing to obtain a chloride salt crystal.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a treatment method for waste water, in particular to a treatment method for extraction waste water in the production of sucralose. Background technique [0002] Sucralose is currently one of the most excellent high-sweetness food sweeteners in the world. It has the characteristics of high sweetness, good sweetness and no absorption by the human body. Sucralose has high solubility in water and does not produce bubbles when dissolved, so it is widely used in carbonated beverages. Sucralose is a natural and semi-synthetic sweetener chemically processed with sucrose as the main raw material. [0003] At present, most manufacturers adopt the "monoester method" to produce sucralose, that is, firstly esterify sucrose to obtain sucralose-6-ethyl ester, and then chlorinate to produce sucralose-6-ethyl ester, which is purified to produce sucralose-6-ethyl ester, and then hydrolyzed to deacetylate to generate sucralose. [0004] In the...
