The preparation comprises the following steps: firstly performing pretreatment on a wood sheet sample, performing treatment by using a sodium chlorite solution and glacial acetic acid, and performing washing by using water to neutrality to obtain a wood substrate without chromophoric group components; performing dehydration treatment on the sample by adopting an organic solvent gradient method or a supercritical drying method to further obtain a dehydrated wood substrate without the chromophoric group components; loading nano temperature-change powder dispersed into an organic solvent into cell cavities and cell walls of the wood substrate without the chromophoric group components by a fluid to obtain a wood substrate loaded with reversible nano temperature-sensitive particles; and performing impregnation by using a polymer having a refractive index similar to that of fibers and high optical transmittance, and performing further solidification polymerization to obtain the temperature-sensitive reversible transparent wood.
