The invention also provides the mulberry leaf product which at least comprises the freeze-dried mulberry leaves prepared by low-temperature freeze-drying dehydration. The method adopts saline water soaking and sterilization and low-temperature freeze-drying processing technologies and avoids loss of sugar reduction ingredients in mulberry leaves due to high-temperature treatment in traditional processes. The DNJ content in the prepared freeze-dried mulberry leaves canreach 1.5% of dry weight of mulberry leaves, and the DNJ content required by the sugar reduction effect can be met. The mulberry product has richer forms, and mulberry leaf tea has better taste and color than traditional tea.
