Embodiment 1

[0013] A kind of potassium hydroxide modified Enteromorpha biochar material described in the present invention, this modified biochar material is prepared by the following method:

[0014] 1. Firstly, the obtained fresh Enteromorpha was washed 4 times, Enteromorpha was washed 4 times, put into a freeze dryer, frozen at -35°C for 4 hours, and then vacuumized to 0.1 Pa for 24 hours to freeze-dry.

[0015] 2. Pre-carbonization: 10 g of Enteromorpha samples were placed in a tube furnace and fed with N at 500 °C 2 , residence time 2 h, heating rate: 4 ℃ / min, and enteromorpha biochar was obtained.

[0016] 3. The obtained Enteromorpha charcoal was ground with KOH (solid) at a mass ratio of 1:2, and then activated at 700 °C for 1 h with a heating rate of 2 °C / min, and the obtained biochar was washed with ultrapure water for 3 more than one time, dried overnight at 105°C, soaked in hydrofluoric acid aqueous solution with a weight ratio of 60% for 6 h, washed three times with ultra...

Embodiment 2

[0018] Apply the modified Enteromorpha biochar material prepared in Example 1 to the treatment of heavy metal cadmium wastewater, including the following steps: Weigh 80 mg of the modified biochar sample in a 50 mL centrifuge tube, add 25 mL of a certain concentration (20 mg / L) Cd 2+ solution, adjust the solution with 0.1 mol / L nitric acid aqueous solution and 0.1 mol / L sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, and the initial pH of Cd is 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, 6.0, 7.0. Shake in a water bath at 200 rpm at 25±1°C for 24 h and then take samples. After the reaction, the mixture was centrifuged at 4000 rpm for 20 min, then filtered with a 0.22 μm filter membrane, and the Cd in the filtrate was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. 2+ The concentration of the calculated adsorption removal rate results are shown in Table 1.

Abstract

Disclosed is a method for removing heavy metal cadmium in water by potassium hydroxide modified enteromorpha biochar. The invention provides a preparation technology of biochar using Enteromorpha as araw material and potassium hydroxide two-step method for modification. The used raw material is marine pollutants. The raw material is rich in resource and low in cost and does not compete with people for food. The method realizes the transformation of marine pollutant enteromorpha into treasure and realizes the industrial production. Meanwhile, the potassium hydroxide modified enteromorpha biochar has the advantages of large specific surface area and high adsorption efficiency and provides a novel adsorption material for heavy metal cadmium adsorption. The effect of modified biochar obtainedby the two-step modification method for adsorbing and removing the heavy metal cadmium in water is more than 5 times that of unmodified biochar.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the application of modified biochar materials in the field of wastewater treatment, in particular to a method for removing heavy metal cadmium in water by modifying enteromorpha biochar with potassium hydroxide. Background technique [0002] At present, the water environment is seriously polluted by heavy metals, especially the heavy metal cadmium. The harm of cadmium is relatively severe, which is harmful to the human body and the environment. At present, the methods for removing heavy metals in aqueous solutions mainly include: co-precipitation method, ion exchange method, electrolysis method etc., but these removal effects have the disadvantages of high adsorption cost and difficulty in reuse; while the adsorption method has the advantages of low cost and simple operation, and is currently widely used in related fields such as the removal of pollutants in water. At the same time, biochar, as an excellent adsorbent material, ...
