Abstract

The invention relates to a method for detecting icthyozoonoses pathogenic bacteria through multiplex PCR. The method comprises the steps of extracting genome DNA of vibrio alginolyticus, plesiomonas shigelloides, vibrio parahaemolyticus, streptococcus agalactiae, vibrio comma and vibrio vulnificus; performing primer design on genome DNA of pathogenic bacteria; and performing amplification and detection on the genome DNA of the vibrio alginolyticus, the plesiomonas shigelloides, the vibrio parahaemolyticus, the streptococcus agalactiae, the vibrio comma and the vibrio vulnificus through the designed primer and a PCR method. Through the adoption of the method disclosed by the invention, various pathogenic bacteria can be detected at the same time, and specificity and sensitivity are high.
