Abstract

The invention discloses an ozonation catalyst, and relates to the related technical field of organic wastewater and VOC treatment. The ozonation catalyst takes activated carbon and activated aluminumoxide as a composite carrier; after metal copper and iron are loaded onto the composite carrier, drying, granulating and roasting are conducted so as to obtain a precursor; and after loading manganeseon the precursor, drying and activating are conducted so as to obtain the catalyst. The invention also discloses a production process of the ozonation catalyst. The production process comprises the following steps: step A, step B, step C and step D. According to the invention, activated carbon and aluminum oxide are used as the composite carrier, so the stability of the ozonation catalyst is improved; the composite carrier is subjected to adsorbption at first and then to granulation, so metal is uniformly distributed, and the performance of the catalyst is prevented from being reduced due toloss of metal active sites on the surface of the catalyst; and the prepared catalyst has a good catalytic ozonation effect on wastewater and waste emulsions produced after pyrolysis of organic matters, and can greatly improve the biodegradability (B: C) of industrial organic wastewater.
