The high-density polyethylene pipe is prepared fromthe following components in parts by weight: 40 to 90 parts of high-density polyethylene, 5 to 30 parts of glass fibers, 2 to 30 parts of a compatilizer, 0.05 to 5 parts of acyl chloride grafted graphene, 0.2 to 3 parts of a glass fiber exposure preventing agent and 1 to 10 parts of black master batch. In the high-density polyethylene pipe disclosed by the invention, the acyl chloride grafted graphene can react with hydroxyl groups on the surfaces of the glass fibers to generate ester groups so as to enhance interface bonding force; other hydroxyl groups on the surfaces of the glass fibers canbe combined with HDPE through the compatilizer; substances in different phase states can be fully combined together to effectively transmit stress, so the high-density polyethylene pipe has excellentbending property, tensile property and toughness; and meanwhile, the preparation method of the high-density polyethylene pipe is simple and easy to operate and makes large-scale production and application of the polyethylene pipe possible.
