Problems solved by technology

However, the flash point of white mineral oil is low, only about 150°C, while the temperature of thermoplastic elastomer materials during injection molding or pouring is often as high as about 180°C, or even as high as 230°C, so that thermoplastic elastomer materials are easily destroyed during processing. Flames cause flash fire, so thermoplastic elastomer materials usually have an obvious and unpleasant smell of white mineral oil after processing, and the more white mineral oil is added, the stronger the smell will be, which will greatly affect the user experience of the product
[0004] At present, there are plastic deodorants on the market, which are used as thermoplastic elastomer additives to remove the peculiar smell in thermoplastic elastomer materials, but the common plastic deodorants are not ideal for the removal of white mineral oil odor, so it is urgent to develop a A deodorant that effectively removes the odor of white mineral oil

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of thermoplastic elastomer additives, and particularly discloses a deodorant as well as application and a preparation method thereof. The deodorant comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of silicon dioxide microspheres, 55-70 parts of silicate clay, 160-180 parts of an acidic aqueous solution, 30-35 parts of a monomer containing a functional group X and 5-9 parts of a nano pore-forming agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: S1, dissolving silicate clay in an acidic aqueous solution, adding a monomer containing a functional group X, heating and stirring to obtain modified silicate clay; and S2, adding silicon dioxide microspheres and a nano pore-forming agent into the modified silicate clay, uniformlystirring and mixing, heating the mixture, continuing to stir until the mixture is dried to obtain silicon dioxide-silicate gel, and carrying out nano-crushing on the silicon dioxide-silicate gel to obtain the deodorant. The deodorant disclosed by the invention can be applied to a product prepared from a thermoplastic elastomer material, and has the advantage of efficiently removing white mineraloil smell in the thermoplastic elastomer material.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the field of thermoplastic elastomer additives, more specifically, it relates to a deodorant, its application and its preparation method. Background technique [0002] Thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), also known as artificial rubber or synthetic rubber, is widely used in elastic products such as artificial skin and foam toys because of its high resilience, high transparency, soft touch, environmental protection and non-toxicity. [0003] The processing of thermoplastic elastomer materials usually includes injection molding or casting steps. In order to adjust the softness and hardness of the thermoplastic elastomer material and improve the processability of the thermoplastic elastomer material, it is often necessary to add white mineral oil to the thermoplastic elastomer material. However, the flash point of white mineral oil is low, only about 150°C, while the temperature of thermoplastic elastomer materials during in...
