Abstract

The invention discloses ultraviolet-cured resin and a preparation method thereof. The ultraviolet-cured resin is prepared from the following raw materials: isophorone diisocyanate, fluorine-containing polyether polyol, dimethylolpropionic acid, a fluorinatation chain extender, a neutralizer, hydroxyethyl acrylate, deionized water and dibutyltin dilaurate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out vacuum dehydration on fluorine-containing polyether polyol, conducting cooling to 80-90 DEG C, adding isophorone diisocyanate and dibutyltin dilaurate, conducting reacting, adding dimethylolpropionic acid and a fluorinated chain extender, continuously conducting reacting, conducting cooling to 60-70 DEG C, adding hydroxyethyl acrylate, carrying out an end-capping reaction, conducting cooling to 30-40 DEG C, adding a neutralizer, and adding deionized water and conducting dispersing to form an emulsion. The ultraviolet-cured resin is good in film-forming property, the contact angle of a cured product and water reaches 101-108 degrees, the tensile strength reaches 7.8-16.1 MPa, the elongation at break is 225-280%, and the damping property is good.
