silver paste containing
chromium powders. The conductive
silver paste is characterized in that the paste comprises the following raw materials: 35 to 45 parts by weight of silver powders, 5 to 8 parts by weight of iron powders, 4 to 7 parts by weight of
chromium powders, 3 to 6 pats by weight of attapulgite, 2 to 3 parts by weight of waste engine oil, 1.2 to 3.4 parts by weight of
stannous sulfate, 0.5 to 0.9 parts by weight of
sodium carbonate, 1.1 to 2.4 parts by weight of
potassium titanate, 2.1 to 3.4 parts by weight of
urea, 2.4 to 3.6 parts by weight of monoammonium
phosphate, 1.3 to 3.4 parts by weight of polymeric
ferric sulfate, 2.1 to 4,2 parts by weight of tetradecyl trimethyl
ammonium chloride, 3o to 40 parts by weight of auxiliary agents, and the proper amount of water. Compared with the prior art, the high-
hardness conductive
silver paste has the following beneficial effects: a conductive silver circuit that is obtained by
drying the silver paste has the excellent anti-bending performance; the silk-
screen printing performance is good; the surface
hardness is high; the
corrosion-resistant performance is good; and the environment service life is long. And the process requirement of the notebook
computer keyboard production can be completely met.
