Abstract

The invention discloses a castable for an insulating tube bus. The castable comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 11-15% of epoxy resin, 2-5% of a curing agent, 1-3% of a toughening agent, 0.5-1% of an accelerant, 0.5-1% of a diluent, 55-65 wt.% of aggregate silica powder, 8-13% of filler alumina and 9-12 % of filler wollastonite. The castable for the insulating tube bus is high in acid resistance and alkali resistance after being cured, is hardly corroded by environmental acid and alkali, is high in compactness, is less than 0.05% in water absorption, is greater than 30MPa in breaking strength, is greater than 1T ohm in normal-temperature insulation resistance, and greatly improves the safety coefficient of an inorganic casting bus duct in use. Therefore, the insulating tube bus prepared from the castable has the characteristics of high insulativity, corrosion resistance, stable performance and the like.
