Abstract

The invention relates to a method for preparing tert-butylamine, which comprises the following steps: adopting a tubular reactor, arranging a ceramic tube with an inorganic catalytic membrane attached on the surface in the middle of the reactor, respectively arranging a feed port and a discharge port on two sides of a top partition plate, arranging another feed port at the bottom of the reactor, feeding MTBE and HCN from the top, feeding HCN and nitrogen from the bottom, reacting on the inorganic catalytic membrane, and discharging from the discharge port. The inorganic catalytic membrane is prepared by taking a ZrO2 membrane as a carrier for loading an active component. The reaction is carried out on the inorganic catalytic membrane reactor, mass transfer can be enhanced, diffusion in the holes can be eliminated, the mass transfer in the membrane holes depends on pressure flow convection, further improvement of the reaction rate is facilitated, and the reaction conversion rate is improved by adopting an upper and lower simultaneous feeding mode. The inorganic membrane catalyst has uniform particle size, and SO4<2-> is rapidly and uniformly coordinated with metal ions on the surface of the oxide, so that the catalyst has relatively strong acidity and relatively high activity and stability.
