Problems solved by technology

[0014] The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is how to solve the existing method of obtaining mesoporous molecular sieves under neutral conditions by using sodium persulfate as an oxidizing agent. Because sodium persulfate has a weaker oxidizing property, the number of hydroxyl radicals produced limited, resulting in issues that affect the quality of the product

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a mesoporous molecular sieve with high aluminum content under a neutral condition. The method comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving a template agent; (2) mixing a silicon source, potassium persulfate, sodium chloride and water to prepare a silicate solution; (3) dropwise adding the silicate solution into the template solution to generate a gel system; and (4) performing crystallization, suction filtration, drying and calcination on the initial mesoporous molecular sieve gel to obtain the mesoporous molecular sieve. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding potassium persulfate and sodium chloride into an aqueous solution containing a silicon source for hydrolysis, then uniformly mixing with a nonionic surfactant solution, adding an aluminum source, and initiating a free radical reaction by using hydroxyl free radicals generated by the potassium persulfate, so as to obtain the silicon-based surfactant. According to the invention, the sodium salt is added into the template agent, so that the charge matching effect between the template agent and the inorganic silicon source and the self-assembly process under the neutral condition are facilitated, and the sodium content and acidity of the molecular sieve product are greatly improved due to the existence of the sodium salt, so that the preparation of the mesoporous molecular sieve with high aluminum content and strong acidity is realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of synthesis of mesoporous molecular sieves, in particular to a method for preparing high-aluminum content mesoporous molecular sieves under neutral conditions. Background technique [0002] Mesoporous molecular sieves, such as SBA-15, have received a lot of attention due to their good hydrothermal stability and high specific surface area, and are widely used in industrial production. However, a large amount of inorganic acid is often used in the synthesis process, which not only causes environmental pollution and pipeline corrosion, but also metal atoms are not easy to enter the molecular sieve wall under strong acid conditions, so the product molecular sieve acidity is weak. This weakness greatly limits the application of mesoporous molecular sieves in catalytic reactions. Therefore, it is crucial to develop the synthesis technology of mesoporous molecular sieves with high aluminum content. [0003] Li e...
