Abstract

According to the method, wood chips are treated through carbonization waste water, firstly, the carbonization waste water is subjected to rotary evaporation to obtain distillates and residual components, the distillates contain multiple acidic substances which can play a role in acid defibering on the wood chips, in the high-temperature and high-pressure treatment process, lignin and hemicellulose in the wood chips are degraded into guaiacol and phenol substances, and therefore the wood chips can be recycled. An adhesive effect can be achieved in the plate preparation process; and then residual components of the carbonized wastewater are added, and the residual components mainly comprise lignin carbonized degradation products, so that the adhesive effect can be further achieved, and the mechanical property of the board is improved. The result of the embodiment shows that the static bending intensity of the fiberboard prepared from the raw materials is 33.4 MPa, the elastic modulus is 3389 MPa, and the internal bonding strength is 0.85 MPa.
