Problems solved by technology

Since activated carbon is generally in the form of granular and powder, most of the complexes with titanium dioxide still maintain the original form of activated carbon, and its separation and recovery process is relatively complicated, and it is easy to wear and pulverize during application.
At the same time, the titanium dioxide powder is not firmly fixed, and it is easy to enter the solution and become a suspension system

Embodiment 1

[0029] Example 1: 3.000 g of tetra-n-butyl titanate was weighed, put into absolute ethanol, the volume ratio of the two was 0.4, and fully dissolved. Take by weighing 5.120g viscose-based activated carbon fiber (BET specific surface area is 1200m 2 / g, the total pore volume is 0.45cm 3 / g, soaked in distilled water and fully washed, dried at 120°C for 4 hours), immersed in the above solution, taken out after 6 hours, transferred to the carbonization furnace, and purged with high-purity nitrogen for 10 minutes. Raise the temperature to 200°C in 1°C, and then increase the temperature at 0.03m per hour 3 The high-purity nitrogen gas brings the superheated steam into the furnace, and the hydrolysis is completed after 1 hour to form a supported amorphous titanium dioxide film. Finally, the prepared sample was calcined at 100°C per hour to 650°C for 2 hours, and the nitrogen flow was kept to cool naturally to room temperature to obtain the activated carbon fiber-supported titanium...

[0030] Example 2: 3.500 g of tetra-n-butyl titanate was weighed, put into absolute ethanol, the volume ratio of the two was 0.25, and fully dissolved. Take by weighing 5.120g viscose-based activated carbon fiber (BET specific surface area is 1000m 2 / g, the total pore volume is 0.38cm 3 / g, soaked in distilled water and fully washed, dried at 110°C for 4 hours), immersed in the above solution, taken out after 5 hours, transferred to a carbonization furnace, and purged with high-purity nitrogen for 10 minutes. [0031] Example 3: 3.000 g of tetra-n-butyl titanate was weighed, put into absolute ethanol, the volume ratio of the two was 0.4, and fully dissolved. Take by weighing 5.120g polyacrylonitrile-based activated carbon fiber (BET specific surface area is 800m 2 / g, the total pore volume is 0.35cm 3 / g, soaked in distilled water and fully washed, dried at 130°C for 3 hours), immersed in the above solution, taken out after 8 hours, transferred to a carbonization furnace, and purged with high-purity nitrogen for 10 minutes. Abstract

The present invention relates to new photocatalyst material and its preparation process and application. The technological scheme is that the photocatalyst material consists of active carbon fiber and supported titania in the titanium element content of 12-15 wt%. Through dissolving tetrabutyl titanate in anhydrous alcohol, soaking active carbon fiber in the solution for 5-8 hr, heating the soaked active carbon fiber to 180-220 deg.C while introducing hot water vapor, calcining at 550-700 deg.C in nitrogen atmosphere and cooling naturally to room temperature, the supported photocatalyst material is prepared. When the photocatalyst material is used, the solution is irradiated with ultraviolet ray in the solution surface irradiation amount of 12.5-12.8 mW / sq cm at constant temperature of 20-40 deg.C while introducing air to maintain the concentration of dissolved oxygen. The present invention can degrade the methylene blue and sulfanilic acid in the solution completely.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to a new catalyst material and its preparation method and application method, in particular to an activated carbon fiber-supported titanium dioxide film photocatalyst for degrading waste water organic matter and its preparation method and application method. Background technique [0002] The control and treatment of environmental pollution is a major issue that human society is facing and expecting to solve. Due to the discharge of waste water from modern industries to the surrounding water bodies, the available water resources are becoming less and less, and these waste water generally contain toxic and harmful chemical substances, which threaten the healthy growth of humans and other organisms. Therefore, the treatment of liquid pollutants has attracted the attention of many researchers. [0003] Among many environmental pollution control technologies, the heterogeneous photocatalytic process using semiconductor oxides as catal...
