43 results about "S-expression" patented technology

In computing, s-expressions, sexprs or sexps (for "symbolic expression") are a notation for nested list (tree-structured) data, invented for and popularized by the programming language Lisp, which uses them for source code as well as data.

Negative expression identifying and encouraging system

The invention provides a negative expression identifying and encouraging system which belongs to the technical field of image processing and artificial intelligence. The technical schemes of the invention are as follows. A computer camera captures and analyzes a user's expressions to help remove negative emotions. A system firstly pre-acquires the basic expression samples of the user and uses them as a characteristic template. A video is initiated in a fixed time to collect the facial images of the user in the fixed time. Then, the facial images experience pre-treatment, identification and analysis. The facial images that are acquired in real time are matched with the expression characteristic template for the changes in key characteristic parts in terms of European distance difference, geometrical shape, curvature and angle. The similarity is compared to determine whether the user's expressions are angry, anxious, tired or happy ones. A statistic shape and other statistical methods are used to analyze and determine whether the user's mood in a certain period is negative or not and the system reminds the friends of the user of the negative mood of the user; and after the reminding when the user's expressions become good again, rewards and encouragement are given accordingly. With the system, the working mood of an employee can be improved; the working efficiency is raised; and the economic gains of an enterprise go up as well.

Detection method for distance-extended target

PendingCN109521411AConstant false alarm characteristicEasy to detectWave based measurement systemsRadarHigh resolution radar
The invention, which belongs to the technical field of signal processing, discloses a detection method for a distance-extended target. The detection method comprises: setting a transmission signal ofa high-resolution radar and respectively determining echo signals, received by the high-resolution radar, of two adjacent distance units; setting a reference signal and removing carrier frequencies inthe echo signals of two adjacent distance units to obtain two mixed output signals; carrying out sampling on the two mixed output signals respectively to obtain two corresponding discrete signals; calculating mutual S expressions and singular values of the two discrete signal; constructing two time-frequency decomposition features according to the singular values and using the two time-frequencydecomposition features as two detection statistic amounts of the target respectively; and determining detection thresholds corresponding to the two detection statistic amounts of the target respectively and thus carrying out target detection according to the two detection statistic amounts and the corresponding detection threshold. Therefore, the target in high-speed motion is detected; and the method has the constant-false-alarm characteristic and can be applied to detection of the distance-extended target immersed in white Gaussian noises.

AFP recombinant protein, and in vitro high-efficiency recombination expression method

The invention relates to an AFP recombinant protein, and an in vitro high-efficiency recombination expression method, and specifically relates to a recombinant protein of artificial signal peptide-AFP-609aa-6his, and an in vitro high-efficiency recombination expression method of mammal transient expression system. DNA sequence of the AFP recombinant protein is represented by SEQ ID No.1. The in vitro high-efficiency recombination expression method comprises following steps: a, DNA sequence of the AFP recombinant protein is optimized; b, gene of the AFP recombinant protein is cloned into pcDNA3.1+ carrier via double enzyme digestion, pcDNA3.1+-AFP expression plasmid is constructed, and plasmid extraction is performed; c, transfection of pcDNA3.1+-AFP plasmid, which is obtained via extraction, into CHO-S suspension cells is realized using PEI, and recombinant protein expression is preformed; and d, 7 days later, the AFP recombinant protein is obtained via separation and purification. Activity of the AFP recombinant protein is close to that of natural AFP protein, wherein the artificially synthesized AFP recombinant protein with 6HIS labels is prepared via large-scaled transient suspension CHO-S expression system; purity is relatively high; endotoxin content is low; no pollution is caused by animal-based protein; and it is possible for the AFP recombinant protein to be used as a tumor antigen vaccine in liver cancer immunotherapy.
