This invention belongs to the field of
wastewater treatment technology, specifically a multi-stage adjustable-angle high-density
sedimentation tank and its working method. It includes a
sedimentation tank body, which comprises a water-
holding tank with an inlet fixedly inserted through its side wall. By adjusting the movement of the bottom of the adjusting plate, the inclination angle of the inclined plate formed by the adjusting plate and the first rotating plate is reduced. A displacement ring adjusts the angle of the inclined plate in real time according to the
water density, allowing the inclined plate to adapt to changes in
water density, thereby improving
sedimentation efficiency, reducing the amount of coagulant added, or extending the
retention time, thus reducing
wastewater treatment costs. Furthermore, by the float slowly descending synchronously with the
water level, the water is kept in a relatively static or low-velocity state, while the local velocity changes caused by the movement of the second rotating plate are small, reducing disturbance during scraping and thus helping to ensure stable
effluent quality.
