The method of the invention has simple process and no requirement for raw materials; the consumption of acid and alkali in the extraction process is low, and the by-products are few; the qualityof the obtained product iron phosphate is stable, and index requirements of the battery-grade product are met; and the elements such as lithium, iron and phosphorus are effectively recovered and theyield is high, and the method is easy to achieve industrial production.

The recycled aggregates are used after being modified, so the problem of increase in the dry shrinkage rate and the creep property of the concrete, caused by the self characteristics of the recycled aggregates, is improved.
