Novel micro electro mechanical systems (MEMS)-based sensors for use in ultra-high temperature environments are disclosed. The MEMS-based sensors are derived from a class of polymer-derived ceramics selected from the group consisting of SiCN, SiBCN and SiAlCN. The materials of construction are such that, the sensors are capable of accurate, real-time, on-line and in-situ monitoring, suppression of combustion oscillations and detailed measurements in operating structures that have temperatures of from about 1500° K to about 2000° K, extreme pressures / turbulence and harsh chemical off gases. The motor of the invention can start even if the non uniform air gap is not used, and the problems of the reluctance and the torque fluctuation caused by the non uniform air gap can be eliminated.

The tantalum target prepared by the method has uniform crystallization, with a grain size between 50 μm and 120 μm. A texture component where a texture (110) dominants in the thickness direction of the target is obtained. A total proportion of three textures (111), (110) and (100) is between 40% and 50%, ensuring a consistent sputtering rate of the tantalum target during use.

The method of the invention has simple process and no requirement for raw materials; the consumption of acid and alkali in the extraction process is low, and the by-products are few; the qualityof the obtained product iron phosphate is stable, and index requirements of the battery-grade product are met; and the elements such as lithium, iron and phosphorus are effectively recovered and theyield is high, and the method is easy to achieve industrial production.

The invention relates to an optical fiber panel and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: obtaining a secondary multifilament by pulling a monofilament, discharging a primary multifilament rod, pulling a primary multifilament, discharging a secondary multifilament rod, and pulling a secondary multifilament; cutting the second multifilament to obtain a first multifilament and a second multifilament; compacting the first multifilament into a hexagonal prism to obtain a first plate segment; wrapping the first plate segment with the second multifilament to obtain a second plate segment; and performing melt pressing and machining of the second plate segment to obtain an optical fiber panel; wherein the length of the second multifilament is greater than that of the first multifilament. The method limits the uneven deformation occurring at both ends of the plate segment during melt-pressing, and corrects the distortion of the magnification, and thereby improving the material utilization rate.
