The prefabricated blocks are melted after reaching about 750 DEG C, then mechanical stirring is conducted, and then high-energy supersonic vibration is conducted. Through ultra-low-speed laminar flow pressure casting, a composite material melt is pressed into a mold cavity of amold, mold opening is conducted for piece taking-out, and a nano ceramic particle reinforced aluminum-based composite material part with the mass fraction being 3-10% is obtained.
