The method comprises the following steps: drying the natural rape pollen, using drugs or active components as substances embedded in a pollen sac, and diffusing the substances to the interior of the pollen sac through germ pores of the pollen sac, wherein the medicaments or the active components are remained in the interior of the pollen sac after physical or chemical reactions, and are dried at lower temperature after centrifugation to be prepared into a pollen microcapsule drug. The method solves the defects that the prior method needs complicated microencapsulation equipment and has complicated process and low success rate, is lack of a simple encapsulating method applicable to all capsule cores, is not continuous in an operation method, is not advantageous to joint production, and generates wastes during packaging capsule.
