Problems solved by technology

Chinese patent 99117011.3 proposes to use fly ash to construct a new flocculation material due to its large specific area, but air needs to be introduced into the waste water, the application process conditions are complicated, and the amount of fly ash is large (reaching 20-50% of the volume of sewage) ), although the material cost is low, but the process cost and post-processing cost are high

Embodiment 1

[0008] Take fly ash and air-dry it to moisture content ≤10%. In a precision grinder or ball mill, the fly ash is pulverized to a particle size range of 60-90 mesh, which is the flocculant fly ash of the present invention. Measure 5 liters of biogas fermentation tail liquid. Accurately weigh 0.5 g of dry fly ash with 60-90 mesh, add it to 5 liters of fermentation tail liquid, and fully stir the biogas fermentation tail liquid containing fly ash with a mechanical booster stirrer for 30 minutes. After stopping the stirring, let it stand for 90 minutes, and you can see the vigorous fermentation tail liquor obviously stratifies. The sludge flocculated and settled can be completely separated from the clear liquid by using a separatory funnel or an ordinary filtering device.

Embodiment 2

[0010] Weigh 10g fly ash, dry it at 200°C for 10 minutes, cool it naturally, and grind it in a mortar. The crushed fly ash is passed through a standard sample sieve, and 90-120 mesh fly ash is harvested, generally 6-7g can be harvested. Measure 5 liters of biogas fermentation tail liquid. Accurately weigh 0.3 g of dry fly ash from 90 to 120 mesh, and add it to 5 liters of fermentation tail liquor. Fully stir the biogas fermentation tail liquor containing fly ash with a mechanical booster for 30 minutes. After stopping the stirring, let it stand for 90 minutes, and you can see the vigorous fermentation tail liquor obviously stratifies. The sludge flocculated and settled can be completely separated from the clear liquid by using a separatory funnel or an ordinary filtering device.

Embodiment 3

[0012] Weigh 2Kg of coal-fired power plant flue fly ash, dry it at 150°C for 50 minutes, cool it naturally, and crush it in a mortar. The pulverized fly ash is passed through a standard sample sieve, and 100-160 mesh fly ash is harvested. Generally, about 1.5Kg can be harvested. Collected, the polluted river water with COD above 2000mg / L was raised to the sewage storage tank in 2000. Weigh 200g of 100-160 mesh dry fly ash and add it to the above-mentioned polluted water body. Use an aeration pump (or mechanical agitator) to fully agitate the Hebang sewage containing fly ash for 30 minutes. After stopping the stirring, let it stand for 120 minutes, and you can see the turbid river water is obviously layered. The supernatant is basically transparent and slightly gray.

[0013] This example illustrates that for polluted river water where a large number of algae (mainly single-celled algae) and microorganisms have been formed, the biological oxygen demand is high, while still containi...

Abstract

The invention discloses a flocculant for treating organic sewage and a production method thereof. The flocculant is characterized in that the flocculant is fly ash. The fly ash accumulated in an air flue of a coal-fired power plant is preferred. The flocculant which is the fly ash has the grain size of between 60 and 120 meshes. The consumption of the flocculant in organic sewage is between 60 and 100 ppm. The production method comprises the following steps: drying the fly ash at a temperature of between 150 and 300 DEG C for 10 to 60 minutes, naturally cooling down the fly ash to room temperature, then grinding the fly ash till the grain size reaches 60 to 200 meshes, and having 10 percent of screen residue. Compared with the prior art, the method has the following technical characteristics and advantages: 1. the sewage is controlled through waste, thereby effectively developing and utilizing fly ash resources and improving the utilization rate of the fly ash; 2. the method has low requirements on equipment, simple operation and easy scale application; 3. the method is particularly useful for relatively unmanageable high BOD wastewater; and 4. the precipitate after the treatment can be used as fertilizer without any secondary pollution.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental protection and relates to a flocculant for sewage treatment, and in particular relates to a flocculant for treating organic sewage and a manufacturing method thereof. Background technique [0002] At present, most of the conventional sewage flocculation treatment processes use activated carbon powder, polyferric chloride, polyaluminum chloride, polyacrylamide and other chemical agents. These chemicals need to be continuously added, so they have high operating costs. At the same time, these agents have better effects on sewage with higher organic content, but often have poor flocculation and sedimentation effects on sewage containing a large number of microorganisms (that is, higher BOD). At the same time, because metal elements such as aluminum and iron infiltrate into the settled sludge, the difficulty of sludge treatment is increased (for example, Chinese Patent 97103899.6). Chinese patent 9911...
