The preparation method comprises that: straws of crops taken as main raw materials and natural animal and plant materials taken as auxiliary raw materials are subjected to fermentation, inoculation and implantation by microorganism active bacterial colonies, and animal satiation feeling and all-wave nutritional requirements are considered to research and develop the full-effect granulated feed. The nominal microorganism active bacterial colonies in the fermentation process can effectively enzymolyze and convert nutrient components of the main and auxiliary raw materials, and fully promote absorption of nutrient in intestines and stomachs of animals to accelerate growth of the animals. Proper microorganism beneficial bacteria in the animals can effectively strengthen autoimmunity of the animals and reduce usage of antibiotics and medical residue in the feeding process.
