Embodiment 1

[0016] The digested sludge was taken from a domestic sewage treatment plant with a moisture content of 80.4%wt; the rice husk ash was taken from the ash after burning rice husks in an industrial boiler. Mix the sludge containing domestic water, rice husk ash and calcium oxide, a deodorizing fungicide, in proportion, and then dry it naturally. The drying method is: drying: drying on the cement floor, the thickness of the mixture is about 10cm, at the highest temperature of 27 ℃, drying on a sunny day for 10 hours, turning once every hour. Flue gas waste heat: 180 ℃ flue gas waste heat drying for 1h. A tunnel-type 12kw microwave dryer was used for 4min irradiation. The specific data are shown in Table 1.

[0020] The sludge was taken from a paper mill after sewage treatment with a moisture content of 67.3%wt. Mix the papermaking sludge, conditioner and deodorant and bactericide calcium oxide evenly in proportion, and then dry it naturally. The types and specific proportions of conditioners are shown in Table 2. The drying conditions are as follows: drying on the cement floor, the thickness of the mixture is about 10cm, at the highest temperature of 28 ℃, drying on a sunny day for 10 hours, and turning it every hour.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing dry powder by sludge, which comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the following components in percentage by weight: 50-85 percent of sludge containing 40-98 percent of water, 14-40 percent of conditioner and 1-10 percent of deodorizing bactericide at room temperature; and then, drying the mixture through airing or afterheat and the like to acquire the sludge dry powder. The invention solves the problem of difficult municipal sludge treatment, greatly reduces the cost for sludge dehydration and drying, and prepares the sludge into dry powder. The sludge dry powder can be used for land utilization, used as solid fuel with a low combustion value, used as the raw material for producing clay or bricks or concrete and also used for direct sanitary landfills.
