The reagent (kit) mainly comprises the following components: buffer solution, coenzyme, adenosine, sodium bicarbonate (carbon dioxide), adenosine triphosphoric acid, glyceraldehyde-3-phosphoric acid, amine formyl phosphate synthase, glyceraldehyde-3-phosphoric acid dehydrogenase and stabilizing agent; a sample is mixed with the reagent according to a certain volume proportion, so that a series of enzymatic reaction is carried out; and reactant is arranged under an ultraviolet / visible light analysis instrument, and the absorbance rising speed is detected when the main wavelength is 340nm, so that the activity concentration of the adenosine deaminase can be measured and calculated.
