mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: (0.5-0.8); the component A is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 to 65 parts of waterborne
epoxy emulsion, 8 to 15 parts of a composite
antibacterial agent, 4 to 8 parts of a flash
rust inhibitor, 2 to 4 parts of
nano zinc oxide, 5 to 10 parts of talcum
powder, 4 to 6 parts of aluminum triphosphate, 0.3 to 0.8 part of
wax powder, 1 to 1.5 parts of
propylene glycol alginate, 0.4 to 0.8 part of a dispersing agent, 0.3 to 0.5 part of a defoaming agent, 1 to 2 parts of
propylene glycol butyl
ether, 0.8 to 1.5 parts of a flatting agent and 30 to 40 parts of water; the component B is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25 to 35 parts of an
epoxy curing agent, 0.5 to 0.8 part of a flash
rust inhibitor, 2 to 3 parts of a
silane coupling agent, 2 to 5 parts of
cyclohexane-1, 2-
dicarboxylic acid diisononyl ester and 10 to 20 parts of water; the prepared antibacterial
coating for the vehicle not only has excellent antibacterial performance, but also has excellent mechanical performance and
corrosion resistance, the service life of the
coating is effectively prolonged, and meanwhile the quality of the
coating is guaranteed.
