Abstract

The method comprises the steps of: calcining the desulfurized gypsum in a calcining kiln, and then doping 1-10 permillage of water reducer, 0-5 permillage of retarder, 0.2-50 permillage of water-retaining agent, 0-5 permillage of reinforcing agent and 0-20 percent of other filling materials into calcined gypsum powder for modification to obtain a gypsum powder product with excellent property. The invention develops a novel approach to the production of the excellent gypsum powder for the ceramic mould, which has the advantages of high strength, high hygroscopicity, low shrinkage deformation performance and low cost; and the invention not only develops the novel approach to the comprehensive utilization of the solid waste of desulfurized gypsum, but also solves the problem of poorer quality of the gypsum powder for the ceramic mould at present in China.
