The fertilizer is prepared from the following raw materials, parts by weight, 100 parts of condensed biogas slurry, 1 to 5 parts of potassium humate, 4 to 10 parts of monopotassium phosphate, 1 to 5 parts of potassium chloride, 0.5 to 2.0 parts of an emulsifier, 0.1 to 0.3 parts of a defoaming agent, and 0.5 to 2 parts of trace elements through steps of vacuum condensation, heating to dissolve, emulsification, filtering, sand milling by a sand mill, canning and the like.
