The processing method comprises the following steps of: cleaning the watermelons and grapes and airing; removing muskmelon pedicels, scar blocks and impurities; disinfecting, sterilizing and pulping for later use; and removing shells and kernels of the lychees and longan, mixing with slurry, putting the mixture into a container, and adding the monascus, lactobacillus and edible alcohol into the container for fermenting for 25-50 days, wherein watermelon slurry, watermelon acid and filterable edible watermelon seeds as well as raw liquid watermelon red powder for extracting lycopene are formed on upper, middle and lower layers according to the generation form. In themethod, watermelons which have low sugar content and are unsuitable for eating can be fully utilized and processed into various widely-used semi-finished products.
