Problems solved by technology

Since the double bond in acrylamide is easy to polymerize with other ethylenic monomers, if acrylamide is used as a template molecule to synthesize a polymer, it is difficult to elute it from the imprinted polymer, which is important in trace analysis. Can produce false positive results or skew test results

Embodiment 1

[0020] The steps of a synthetic method of acrylamide selective adsorption functional material:

[0021] 1) Add 10 ml of N,N-dimethylformamide, 0.243 g of propionamide, 2.293 g of methacrylic acid, and 26.4 g of ethylene glycol dimethacrylate into a 100 ml stoppered Erlenmeyer flask, and mix for 15 minutes by ultrasonic , standing at room temperature for 12 hours to carry out pre-polymerization.

[0022] 2) Add 0.264 g of azobisisobutyronitrile to the above solution, fill it with nitrogen for 15 minutes, transfer it to an ampoule bottle and seal the tube, and then put it in a 60°C water bath to initiate polymerization for 20 hours. The resulting bulk product is the precursor of the imprinted polymer material.

[0023] 3) The above-mentioned polymer was pulverized, placed in a vacuum drying oven at 100° C. for 10 hours, and passed through a 250-mesh sieve. Add methanol to the polymer particles, ultrasonically clean for 2 hours, shake on an oscillator for 8 hours, filter, wash ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a synthetic method of a selective adsorption functional material for acrylamide which is a potential carcinogen in fried starch food. The main technical characteristic is that an adsorption functional material with selectivity to acrylamide is synthesized by using propionamide, a structural analog of acrylamide, as a template molecule, methacrylic acid as a functional monomer, and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as a cross-linking agent. The invention has a scientific process, low cost, simple operations, and easily-controlled reaction conditions, and the adsorption functional material can be used as an adsorbent in solid extraction combined with liquid chromatogram, and is applicable to the adsorption detection of trace acrylamide in food.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of polymer materials, and in particular relates to a synthesis method of acrylamide selective adsorption functional material. Background technique [0002] Acrylamide (AA), is a white transparent flaky crystal with a relative molecular weight of 71.08, easy to polymerize and copolymerize. Its polymer polyacrylamide is widely used in textile, chemical industry, metallurgy and other industries, and can also be used as flocculant in water treatment. In the past, more studies have focused on the hazards of acrylamide to occupationally exposed people, and the hazards are usually based on nervous system damage, and its invasion route mainly enters the human body through the skin. In 2002, scientists from the Swedish National Food Agency and Stockholm University found that high levels of acrylamide widely exist in high-temperature-treated foods such as French fries and bread. After that, Britain, Norway, the Unit...
