Problems solved by technology

In fluorescent lamps used for lighting, calcium halophosphate phosphors that emit white light, such as Ca 10 (PO 4 )(F,Cl) 2 : Sb, Mn, in order to improve the color reproduction performance of fluorescent lamps and increase luminous efficiency, the multi-band fluorescent lamps that are put into practice use phosphors that add other chromaticity, that is, mix a certain proportion of blue light, green light, Red-emitting phosphors, the luminescent colors of these phosphors are significantly different from each other, and there is also light absorption between each other, so in the actual use of fluorescent lamps, if the luminous performance of the corresponding phosphors decreases, the luminous color of the fluorescent lamp will be reduced. Deviation occurs, resulting in degraded color reproduction performance

Abstract

The invention relates to rare earth niobium tantalate fluorescent powder with adjustable luminous chroma, a preparation method and application of the rare earth niobium tantalate fluorescent powder. The fluorescent powder is niobate and tantalate which are activated by Eu3+, and the molecular formula of the fluorescent powder is R(1-z)EuzCaM3O10, wherein M is at least one of Nb and Ta, R is at least one of La3+, Sm3+, Gd3+, Lu3+ and Y3+, z is the molar percentage of Eu3+ doping amount, and z is greater than 0.0001 and less or equal to 1.0. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: weighing raw materials according to the proportion; porphyrizing and uniformly mixing the raw materials, and pre-sintering at a temperature of 300-1,000 DEG C; cooling, taking out the mixture and grinding; and calcining in an air atmosphere at a temperature of 1,200-1,500 DEG C. Along with the increase of the molar percentage of Eu3+ doping amount, the chroma of the fluorescent powder can be changed from blue green to white and then red. The fluorescent powder can be applied to various illumination display and photoluminescence chroma adjustment taking ultraviolet light or near-ultraviolet light as an excitation source.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an inorganic luminescent material, in particular to a fluorescent powder which can be excited by ultraviolet light and near-ultraviolet light, and whose emission can be adjusted from blue-green light to white light to red light, and belongs to the field of luminescent material and display technology . Background technique [0002] Phosphors are widely used, and there are many forms of excitation energy for phosphors to emit light, such as ultraviolet light, near ultraviolet light, visible light, electric field, gas discharge, etc. With the development and application of high-quality display and lighting devices more and more widely , phosphors with high efficiency, easy preparation, and long life have become more and more important materials. [0003] Luminescence is a process in which an object absorbs energy in a certain way and then converts it into light radiation. When an object is irradiated by light, an external electri...
