Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of a water-absorbing gel containing animal and plant fibers and inorganic nanoparticles. The water-absorbing gel in the prior art has the disadvantages of poor biological degradability, low gel strength and low salt tolerance. The preparation method disclosed by the invention comprises the following process steps: placing 5-7 parts by weight of gelatin into deionized water at the temperature of 40 DEG C, heating in a water bath at the temperature of 50 DEG C after full swelling of the gelatin, lightly shaking till complete dissolution, further dispersing 2-3 parts by weight of inorganic nano-powder into the deionized water, performing ultrasonic treatment for 10 minutes under ultrasonic waves, then uniformly dispersing 10-14 parts by weight of cellulose, then adding the prepared gelatin solution and inorganic nano-powder dispersion liquid, stirring for 30 minutes, adding 100 parts by weight of acrylic monomers, 2 parts by weight of initiator ammonium persulfate and 0.5 part by weight of cross-linking agent N, N-methylene-bis-acrylamide, increasing the temperature to 70-75 DEG C, and performing heat insulation reaction for 2-2.5 hours for preparation. A product obtained by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of excellent biological degradability, gel strength and water absorption.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of water-absorbing gels, and in particular relates to a method for preparing water-absorbing gels containing animal and plant fibers and inorganic nanoparticles. technical background [0002] Hygroscopic gel is a three-dimensional polymer network that can absorb 10-1000 times its own mass of water or saline solution. Compared with traditional water-absorbing materials (such as sponges, cotton, etc.), it has better water absorption and water retention properties, so it is widely used in various industries, such as hygiene products, horticulture, agriculture, drug slow release, etc. [Shuibo Hua, Aiqin Wang. Synthesis, characterization and swelling behaviors of sodium alginate-g-poly(acrylic acid) / sodium humate superabsorbent. Carbohydrate Polymers 75 (2009) 79-84]. [0003] Existing water-absorbing gels are mainly synthetic polymers and plant fibers. The application of synthetic polymers is li...
