Abstract

The invention relates to a VCM (Vinyl Chloride Monomer)-BA (Butyl Acrylate)-VAC (Vinyl Acetate)-organic silicon copolymer emulsion which mainly relates to a film forming substrate for a topcoat and an aqueous industrial paint and belongs to the technical field of the industrial paint. The emulsion is polymerized by using vinyl chloride, butyl acrylate, vinyl acetate, acrylic acid and vinyl trimethoxy silane as monomers, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, lauryl sodium sulfate, nonionic surfactants OP-100 and OP-4 as an emulgator, PVPK-30 as a glue retainer, water-soluble potassium persulfate and ammonium persulfate as an initiator. Compared with other aqueous paints, the emulsion provided by the invention used as the aqueous industrial paint has better water tolerance, corrosion resistance, and weather fastness, high film hardness, good compatibility with pigments, strong adhesive force and relatively low cost. The emulsion provided by the invention is qualified in mechanical stability, calcium ion stability and thermal stability, and no demulsification and layering situations occur within a year.
